Returns policy

Please note that due to health and safety we cannot accept any returns of any products that have been opened, removed from packaging in any way or used or detagged, so please make sure you choose the right product to begin with before placing the order. Only orders sent by mistake from our end will be provided with a credit note.

Any valid returns that have not been opened or tampered with will be subject to postage and packaging charges from the senders side, we may provide a credit note / replacement depending on the condition of the wrong / faulty product at our discretion once we have received it at our offices.

AFFILIATE RETURNS NOTE: If you are returning an unopened product and have bought the product from one of our affiliate deal partners, then please note that once we have received the product and checked it, a refund request would also need to be made with the affiliate deal partner in order to receive the refund, we may help you to receive the full refund as soon as possible however you are advised to check the affiliate deal partner's terms and conditions also which should be available from their website.
